FINDINGS
What the old setup missed
- The Flow Map web app was archived as dead weight on 30 Sep, so there was no working flow map until the new one went live.
- The master flow map drawio was half-built: the 17-node lane was never merged, and it can't be read by the Drive tools.
- Seven "share request" emails (28–30 Sep) came from a temp Google account. Fix is to move ownership to info@, not to grant them.
- The Desk was open to anyone with the link. Since 16 Oct 2026 it answers only with the Realm key.
- The Nova tile opened a blank Gemini page. It now opens the Nova Gem.
- No code backup existed. Backups are now kept before every change.
- Several tiles were "link pending", including Notes.
- Notes got mixed up with scribehow.com on the bus sheet. Notes is your own Google app.
- The Flow Map still lists Fireflies and Zapier, which you have banned.
What Nova and Ara picked up
- The bus sheet: one shared queue both read, with the standing rules posted on it.
- Desk loading fix: Flow and Certs now load in 3–7 seconds on the Fold and a small iPhone.
- Anthropic total worked out from the receipts: A$6,275.18 net.
- One launcher, one status page, one Flow Map (left unchanged).
Why Notes as the one notebook is simpler
- Every note lands in one place. You, Nova and Ara all read the same page.
- Calls, quotes and jobs get noted once, not typed twice.
- It replaces the G Tasks and Notepad tiles on the old map.
- It's Google only, with no outside services.
- Waiting on: the Apps Script API switch, so it can be deployed.
